Bill is a graduate of Alberta Massage Training (2011) and the Turner Institute of Orthopedic Massage (2013). He is a member in good standing of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) with 2200 hours of training.
With his experience at The University of Calgary Medical Skills Centre & Standardized Patient Program, Bill worked alongside doctors and medical students to assist with case studies. This has become the cornerstone of his practice, highlighting the importance of communication with his clients. Bill enjoys the collaborative effort of working with each patient to maximize their well being and has treated conditions such as migraines, sciatica, lower back pain, repetitive strain disorders, stiff joints, and stress, to name a few.
Bill believes that the learning process never stops, and that continued education is beneficial for both Bill and his clients. Bill utilizes various techniques including: therapeutic, orthopedic (injury rehabilitation), kinetic (joint movement), myofascial decompression (soft tissue treatment), IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), static and dynamic cupping.
In his spare time, Bill loves to spend time in the mountains, biking, reading, and going to the movies.

Rick is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) (2011). He is a current Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with 2200 plus hours of training and a standing member of the National Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). Prior to this, Rick graduated from the Calgary College of Holistic Health at the University of Calgary (2007) specializing in Swedish relaxation techniques. Rick is also an accredited Bowen Therapist using the original Bowen Technique (2008).
As a conscientious therapist, Rick always utilizes various techniques including: Deep Tissue Treatment, Trigger Point Therapy, PNF Facilitated Stretching, Fascial or Connective tissue techniques, Joint Mobilizations as well as Swedish Relaxation Massage in accordance with situational treatments. Rick enjoys a clinical team environment to allow for referral and a greater recuperability to ones health.

Joel is one of the owners of Richmond Physiotherapy & Massage and one of our physiotherapists. He graduated in 2002 from McMaster University as part of the first Masters of Science in Physiotherapy class in Canada.
Joel uses various assessment and treatment techniques including manual therapy, acupuncture, trigger point dry needling, soft tissue release, electro-modalities and exercise prescription to help his patients with all types of musculoskeletal conditions including strains, sprains, fractures, etc. He also has a special interest in treating hand and forearm injuries.
Joel is passionate about helping his patients get back to the activities and hobbies that they love.

Matthew completed a Bachelor of Science with a major in Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge. During his undergraduate degree, he played goalkeeper for the University of Lethbridge men’s soccer team. He then pursued further education, completing a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta.
In practice, Matthew emphasizes patient-centered care by prioritizing the unique needs and goals of his patients. His approach to treatment focuses on education and combining therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and other pain-relieving modalities to help his patients return to their desired activities.
